OOSH RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods must be exchanged within 28 days of purchase. If goods are faulty OOSH will repair or replace. OOSH require proof of purchase. Exchange or store credit for the amount of goods. No refunds for change of mind.
The customer is required to cover the freight cost of goods returned or exchanged.

If an item is damaged through no fault of the customer or faulty and the item is unable to be repaired or replaced OOSH will refund the item cost. Refunds are processed by direct credit to the customers bank account and may take up to seven working days to process.
